Street Art and Work Shops

There will be live street art performance by Your Mamas Favourite Production at Ekstemsportveko! They will be working in public, creating art inspired by the surroundings and the atmosphere at Veko. YMF will also be having Work Shops for the youngsters, check it out!

Street art exhibition: Your Mamas Favourite Production (YMF Prod)

YMF Prod consists of two incredible graffiti artists, ¨Meter¨ and ¨Res¨, who have created a living out of their passion. These two talented boys from Oslo do graffiti art exhibitions, workshops, spray walls and customize shoes and helmets. At Ekstremsportveko YMF Prod will be working in public, creating art inspired by the surroundings and the atmosphere at Veko. Don´t miss this unique street art production, performed live next to Kulturhuset.

The art will be exhibited throughout the week, on the pathway from Voss Kulturhus to the Festival Tent.

Time schedule for the street art live performance:
Sunday 26.06: 17:00 – 20:00
Monday 27.06: 10:00 – 13:00 and 17:00 – 20:00
Tuesday 28.06: 17:00 – 20:00

FOR THE YOUNGSTERS

We are proud to present two grafitti/street art workshops with ¨Res¨ and ¨Meter¨ from Your Mamas Favourite Production. They will teach different street art techniques including how to create art on legal walls. This project is a collaboration between Ekstremsportveko and Voss Kunstlag, because we want to illustrate that graffiti is an art form that gives young people the opportunity to be creative and innovative, as long as it´s done within legal regulations.

Time schedule for the workshops:
10 - 14 years: 28.06 from 10:00 – 16:00
15 – 19 years: 29.06 from 10:00 – 16:00
